This team succeeded in putting up 10 new rock routes (50 to 200m and 4B to 5C) on Cerro Taruca Umana, 4900m, and making first ascents of 3 peaks c.5000m in the Cerro Achuma range. Their plans to explore the Cerro Jankho Willichi range were thwarted due to ground conditions.
