Mulu '80 - British-Malaysian Speleological Expedition to Sarawak

The British-Malaysian Speleological Expedition to Sarawak penetrated the extensive cave-system under the precipitous Melinau limestone hills in the Gunong Mulu National Park. Results exceeded their expectations, in particular the discovery of huge Sarawak Chamber, at 700m by 300m the largest subterranean cavity in the world, and extending exploration of the Clearwater Cave to a length of 37km.
